Kaijo's wire bonder was first released in 1967. "Kaijo Denki" as predecessor of Kaijo was a company born out of a passionate desire to transform military sonar and other acoustic exploration technologies into a peace industry and contribute to economic growth.
The fishfinder technology was applied to the manual bonder "WA-140N" and ware praised for it.
Since then, Kaijo has always been developing and manufacturing with the aim of being the best bonder of the time.
